Worldwide Burlesque Festival Calendar for 2010-2011

I've added a Worldwide Burlesque Festival Calendar to the blog. It's been in the works for a while, but I've just finished collecting all of the information. Brooklyn Ed Barnas has a calendar on his site, I've just added some international festivals to mine.
