Ladies and gents, let's have a rousing Minsky's welcome for special guest musical trio Gigi & Pop from New York as they swing by on their west coast tour to bring some extra mischief and merriment to our next night of lovely ladies and cabaret confections. They're charming, they're comical, cleverly-costumed and long-time darlings of the New York burlesque scene. Winners of Best Variety Act at the 2009 Burlesque Hall of Fame Pag...eant, Gigi & Pop are the magnetic Mr. Momotaro on ukulele, the inimitable Ken Zwerin on upright bass and saucy beauty Anita Cookie on vocals and various melodic devices. With a bit of vaudeville, retro kitsch cool and loungey swank they're an upbeat, tongue-in-cheek, toe-tappin' good time.

And we'll be celebrating with copious cocktails the auspicious birthday of our dear friend and MC for the evening - the one and only Scotty the Blue Bunny. Yes indeed, blue bunnies just get better with age, so let's raise a toast to one of the most dynamic and enigmatic characters to grace the stage in platform Lucite heels. As for the dancing girls, we have the delightfully devastating cross-over belly dance burlesque trio Sister Kate, the alluring Honey Lawless, smoking hot Miss Balla Fire, the fetching Ophelia Coeur de Noir, senductive Miss Mae Western, radiant Dottie Lux and intoxicating Mai Tai. And there's more music from gorgeous drag vocalist Honey Mahogany, accompanied by the fantastic Joe Wicht on piano.
