Satan's Angel's Ta Ta Flambé Tour kicks off this week and continues next week. It will be the last chance to see the legendary Satan's Angel before she moves to Australia (Edited June 16, 2010). She'll be performing Friday at the Hubba Hubba Revue: Hell! show, having an Aloha Party at Forbidden Island Tiki Lounge in Alameda on Saturday, and teaching a Bump-N-Glide class and a Tassles and Spinners DIY class on Monday at Medium Reality Studios in San Francisco. There are also some Pride events and shows happening such as Rally the Troupes 6 on Friday and Saturday, and the Debauchery show on Sunday.
The Birthday Suit Burlesque Tour makes a stop at Red Hots Burlesque on Friday, then Dottie Lux and Bunny Pistol join Kitty Victorian and Ms. Fever Blister and other performers in Citrus Heights for the Sacramento show on Saturday.

- Also Thursday through June 20 and June 24 to 26: The Dynamite Show Featuring Fou Fou Ha! at the Brava Theater Center in San Francisco, 2781 24th Street. “The Dynamite Show” is a “wildly unique” (NBC) song and dance review best described as "Fame" meets the Muppets. This up-beat musical spectacle will feature live neo-vaudevillian Dixie brass band tunes from the Gomorran Social Aid and Pleasure Club with “jaw-dropping dance numbers” and slapstick antics. It will follow the colorful characters of Fou Fou Ha! to Hollywood, as they are invited to audition for a reality-TV talent competition. They go through many dance numbers ranging from tangos to rock-opera tunes and finally arrive in Hollywood to audition in front of a panel of judges (cameos played by local celebrity performers TBA) only to realize that their “foolishness” may not have any room in the mainstream. 8pm. $15-25, advance tickets available at brava.org.
- Friday, June 18: Red Hots Burlesque at El Rio in San Francisco, 3158 Mission Street. Dottie Lux hosts the Birthday Suit Burlesque Tour! Featuring Fever Blister from Los Angeles and Kitty Victorian of Washington, D.C., plus Ruby Vixen, Virginia Suicide, and Sugar Main. Show at 7:30pm. $5-10, sliding scale. 21+ w/ID.

Join band Fromagique and Bombshell Betty along with Red Velvet, If-N-Whendy, Lezzie McFaggerson, Cocao Loco, Vadge O'Fonor, Sindee Rose, Roxy Reve, and of course The Burlesqueteers! - Also Monday: Satan's Angel's Bump-N-Glide class and Tassles and Spinners DIY class at Medium Reality Studios in San Francisco, 916 Natoma Street. The Legend of Burlesque Satan's Angel will share her knowledge and experience with decades of performance as an exotic dancer and the world of burlesque. Bump-N-Glide class is two hours starting at 5pm and includes a brief history of burlesque, Satan’s Angel’s history and stories, stocking removal, tassel twirling, gowns, gloves, dusters and capes, and much more. Tassles and Spinners DIY class is also two hours, starting at 7pm, and Satan's Angel will teach you to how to make pasties with spinners and your own fringe tassels.
