Lux-Killlmore film "Feed" fundraising voluneers needed for July 30, 2009

If you have some time available to help out at the fundraiser for Dottie Lux and Val Killmore's new feature-length film Feed, Lady Monster is looking for you! All of the details are located in her message below:

Hello my wonderful friends and artists,

I apologize if you have already been contacted to provide your time and/or talent for this event.

I am co-producing the benefits with Dottie Lux and Val Killmore of Lux Killmore Productions (http://www.luxkillmore.com/).

It is a FUN-draiser for their soon-to-be-feature film, FEED.
The short film made by Val Killmore earlier this year, Cannibal Lust Love has been selected to be made into a feature film! But, first they need to raise some much needed cash to get the ball rolling.

Here are the event details:
When: Thursday, July 30th. 7pm - Midnight.
Where: The Climate Theater, http://www.climatetheater.com/ , 285 9th Street @ Folsom Street in San Francisco.
How much: $10 regular entry. $25 VIP entry. Please inquire for more information about the VIP ticket package.
Why: to benefit Lux Killmore Productions in making their feature-length film, FEED

A second fundraiser is taking place in August if you are unable to commit to the one on July 30th.

Here are the various volunteer positions that we are currently searching for. Melinda Lilycat is the Stage Manager and Joyce Tang is the Floor Manager.
Volunteers Needed:
2 door people (1 to work it, one for second shift/relief)
2 art auction (1 to work it, one for second shift/relief)
1 pick-up artist
Set Up help
Clean up/Tear Down help
Baked goods, raffle tickets and pastie sales: Lil' Cupcake and a second person for relief/assistance
Flyer Distribution around the Bay Area
