Last Minute Notice: Carnaval SF 2009 King and Queen

Last night was a blast, both at the Hypnodrome for the Lily Burana signing and Sugar Shack and at Club Deluxe for Little Minsky's 4th Anniversary Show. I'm trying to work through the inbox today, but last night was so totally worth it!

One of the events mentioned before the Hot Pink Feathers were introduced at Little Minsky's last night was the competition for the King and Queen of Carnaval SF 2009. If you find yourself near Cafe Cocomo tonight, you may want to drop in! Here's the notice from the Queen herself:

Friday night, May 15th:

King Everett and I welcome into the Royal Family the Carnaval SF 2009
King and Queen. See the contestants go for the titles at 8 and see
King Everett and I dance our final dance as current reigning royalty
(we promise to tickle you.....can't say how just yet....). At CAFE
COCOMO (650 Indiana St in SF) $20; 21+; doors 7, contest 8, King E and
Queen K ~9. Big Dance Party follows.
