- Monday, October 13: Mangos with Chili Queer Borderlands Tour at East Side Arts Alliance in Oakland. The show will feature new work in the genres of dance, vaudeville, poetry, spoken word, theater, burlesque, performance memoir, and hip hop addressing the themes of border transgressions, migrations, deportations, relocation, displacement, legacy and the struggle to create new worlds. Show at 8pm. $10-15, sliding scale. (no one turned away for lack of funds)
- Also Monday: Uptown Hubba Hubba at the Uptown Nightclub in Oakland. Join Kingfish and Eddie and the whole crazy crew as they welcome Dottie Lux, Ruby White, Mademoiselle Muerta and others for an evening of fun, sexiness, and booze! Doors at 9pm, show at 10ish. $5, 21+w/ID.
- Wednesday, October 15: Barbary Coast Burlesque at Annie's Social Club in San Francisco. If you miss the delish Ruby White on Monday, you get a second chance on Wednesday! Plus, you get to witness the international burlesque sensation that is Delilah! And the ravishing Lady Monster will be in the house! And many others... Oh, and don't forget your host Kingfish! Ja! - Friday, October 17: Red Hots Burlesque at El Rio in SF. Dottie Lux brings you a different show every single week! Each event promises the seductive and spicy, absurd and amusing all from local and visiting talent. Show at 7:30. $5-10 sliding scale, 21+ w/ID.
- Also Friday: Hubba Hubba Revue: Oktoberfest! at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco. Kingfish, Eddie and the whole Hubba crew are taking you back to the little alpine village of Pfattenhausen for another teasin', shakin', tassel-twirlin' Oktoberfest! With Sparkly Devil! Lady Satan! Chi Chis DelFuego! Ruby White! Alotta Boutte! And more! Doors at 9pm, at which time stuff starts to happen. $12-15, 21+ w/ID.
- Saturday, October 18: Spookshow A Go Go at Fat City in SF. Starting at the witching hour, 9PM, burlesque and film festival promoter Val Kilmore is offering a sexxxy shock-a-billy pumpkin spice alternative to the Sacramento Horror Film Fest called Spookshow A-Go-Go. Episodes of Cinema Insomnia will be screened as part of the evenings entertainment. With band Vulgaris, burly-q and go go dancers! Show at 9pm. $15, 21+ w/ID.
