San Francisco Bay Area burlesque for September 29 - October 5, 2011

It's one of those cycles where this week will be a rather quiet week in San Francisco Bay Area burlesque.

The fundraiser to help Johnny Crash obtain a good, functioning new camera will happen Thursday night at El Rio. The listing of the week's show are below.

There were a few shows that have changed their dates. So this would be a good place to go over some of the changes.

Cabaret Lunatique was to have a few more shows this fall, but Teatro ZinZanni is leaving their current venue because of America's Cup preparations. So the last Cabaret Lunatique shows have been cancelled. The last Teatro ZinZanni show in the Pier 29 Spiegeltent will be on New Year's Eve. They'll be looking for a new venue in San Francisco.

Barbary Coast Burlesque will be skipping a September show, which was scheduled for this Friday on here. Their next show will be on October 14, and tickets may be purchased at bcboct14.eventbrite.com.

The Kat House started a few Monday night shows at Club 93 in late summer, but they are looking for a new venue now. Kat House is produced by Miss Kittie Von Tittie.

Those are some of the changes that have been happening in Bay Area burlesque. If I discover more, I'll post about them here.

In the meantime, enjoy the shows!
