Bombshell Betty has moved her Haute House Burlesque show at Milk Bar to the first Friday of the month. Plus, there's no cover charge to see the show now! There will still be Burlesqueteers performing, and tonight will feature special guests sword-swallower Molotov and band Vagabondage!
The doors will open at 9:00 p.m., and the show will start at 10:00 p.m. Milk Bar is located at 1840 Haight Street in San Francisco (map).

Over in the East Bay, First Friday Follies will be presenting "Blue Velvet Highway Follies", which will be a David Lynch tribute show at the Stork Club in Oakland. As usual, it's a free show, but donations are always appreciated! In addition to the burlesque, there will be music from the Thralls, and comedy from Simone Campbell.
The show is at 9:00 p.m. at the Stork Club in Oakland, which is located at 2330 Telegraph Avenue (map). You can walk from the 19th Street BART station, but it's a decent walk. Though it'll be entertaining as you'll pass by a lot of the art galleries which will be open for Oakland Art Murmur, and you may even pass by the Great Wall of Oakland!
See that clock in the wall, at First Friday Follies you're not going to Believe what you're going to experience! So don't tailgate. Don't ever Tailgate when you get your self to the Stork Club on September 2nd at 9pm!
