Free "Crazy Horse" documentary screening and Hubba Hubba show on Monday, February 13? Yes!

This Monday, February 13, there's an opportunity to see a free advance screening of Frederick Wiseman's documentary "Crazy Horse" at the Shattuck Cinemas in Berkeley as well as gain free admission to the Hubba Hubba Revue show at the Uptown Club in Oakland after the screening!

To qualify for free admission to the screening, simply go the Facebook Event Page at www.facebook.com/events/206988099399933 and click "join" to RSVP. There is more information about this offer on that page. As usual with free advance screenings, be sure to arrive very early at the theater as an RSVP or ticket does not guarantee admission, as more invites than seats have been probably sent out. The screening will start at 7:00 p.m. Shattuck Cinemas are located at 2230 Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley. The movie will open in the Bay Area on March 2, 2012.

Afterward, drive, bus, or BART and bring your ticket stub or proof attendance to the Uptown Club in Oakland for the weekly Hubba Hubba Revue show and gain free admission to the show (a $5.00 value). It'll be a show filled with some of our area's best burlesque singers! See below for the full talent lineup.

The Uptown Club is located at 1928 Telegraph Avenue in Oakland (map). The doors will open at 9:00 p.m., and the show will start at 10:15, so there will be time for you to get over to the club after the screening. If you don't attend the screening, entry to the show is just $5.00!
