For one night only, Bootie moves to Mezzanine for BOOTIE's BEST DANCE CREW! Every 30 minutes, one of four different dance crews will perform a mashup number, live on stage!

Providing the fierce go-go dance eye candy between performances – as well as their own epic dance numbers – will be LA's radically-inclusive R.A.I.D. (Random Acts of Irreverent Dance). Starting out as a guerrilla dance collective in 2006, R.A.I.D. terrorized the streets of Los Angeles before finding their home as Bootie LA's resident dance crew, known for their trademark gold spandex body suits and bizarre (and fun) dance sensibilities.

Also performing will be SF's go-go sweethearts, The Devil-Ettes. As masters of the lost art of go-go, these sassy, high-energy gals will be performing a special swinging '60s mashup for the occasion.

SF Boylesque's Bohemian Brethen – the choreographed dance troupe off-shoot of San Francisco's famed all-male burlesque revue – will also perform.

And rounding out the dance card will be Funk4Soul, the politically-conscious dance collective with a style informed by hip-hop, jazz, and Latin influences.

Launched in 2003 in San Francisco by A Plus D – aka DJs Adrian & Mysterious D – Bootie was the first club night dedicated solely to the burgeoning artform of the bootleg mashup, and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities on four continents. Voted "Best Club Night" for the past six years, Bootie keeps your brain guessing and body dancing with creative song combinations, mixing and matching every musical genre, era, and style into one big dance party. Providing the soundtrack for the A.D.D. generation – and free mashup CDs given away like candy – it's a place where everyone is welcome.
