When I was reading the event notice below for the first few times, I was wondering where "El Aye" was. Where was this exotic country that is the home of Polly Peabody? Near Morocco? Somewhere in South America? Then I realized....

So join hour mistress of ceremonies, Eva Von Slut, as some very noteworthy performers grace the stage of Annie's Social Club this Wednesday. You got your Living Legend, Isis Starr. Then you have Kellita, leader of the Hot Pink Feathers. Sparkly Devil, the Bay Area's burlesque sweetheart, will also be there dancing her heart out.
