Uptown Hubba Hubba for Monday, April 20, 2009

After a totally kick-ass weekend with Viva la Revolucion on Friday and Booze Broads and Hotrods on Saturday, you'd think that the Hubba Hubbas would take a vacation. Maybe find a tropical island and lay on the beach drinking a cold one.

Ha! No way! They're back already on Monday to start off your week the right way. With more booze and broads! Minus the hotrods, unless you see some parked along Telegraph Avenue outside of the Uptown. Heh. Besides, they have more fun and more drinks during their shows!

Hubba Hubba Revue returns to the beautiful 5-1-0 this Monday night with another visit by those brassy Bay Area Troubadours, FROMAGIQUE! And what would a night of the tighest brass in show business be without the slinky, shimmering accompaniment of BOMBSHELL BETTY'S BURLESQUETEERS?

MONDAY, April 20th, Come See!

It's good to see The Amazing CoCoNuts is back after a hiatus! She was one of my favorite performers--along with her partner-in-crime Bananas--of the very first burlesque shows that I witnessed. Yay for The Amazing CoCoNuts! :-)
