Reign change with Ruby Vixen and Bunny Pistol this week at Red Hots Burlesque

This week will feature a change in the reign of Red Hots Burlesque's featured performer of the month! At Wednesday's May 30 show, the featured performer will still be Ruby Vixen, but at Friday's June 1 show, it'll be Bunny Pistol!

Also performing this week will be The Lady Ms Vagina Jenkins, The Thrilllpeddlers, Babraham Lincoln, comedian Simone Campbell, Elyse Elaine, Rasa Vitalia, Nicki Sparxx, and more! Plus help celebrate the birthday of Patricia Misery! Friday's guest host will be Lady Satan! Please read below for the scheduled lineups for each night.

Also, don't forget that from 5:00 to 6:30 on Wednesday at El Rio before the show there will be a Finishing Touches workshop for all performers who would like some professional feedback on their acts. The Lady Ms. Vagina Jenkins will join RHB's Dottie Lux on the panel tonight. Please read below and visit School of Shimmy at redhotsburlesque.com for more information.

Both shows on Wednesday and Friday will start at 7:30 p.m. at El Rio, which is located at 3158 Mission Street in San Francisco (map). Entry to the shows are on a sliding scale from $5.00 to $10.00.

Before the show: for performers!!!! ATTN ALL RHB PERFORMERS: Get polish on your classic technique or tips on how to infuse these moves with modern themes. Vagina Jenkins, who is known for her mastery of vintage burlesque, visits the bay area and joins Dottie Lux for this feedback forum. Participants get a chance to go through each of their numbers and address practical questions and concerns. We will get you polished and stage ready. Come to any or all, but only pay once. Get the feedback you are looking for from top burlesque performers. Each person will get 15-20 mins of review. Please come in costume and bring music on CD.

Sassy Spitfire For Hire', Ms Ruby Vixen has been entertaining audiences all over the Bay since 2007. She's performed with Red Hots Burlesque, The Diamond Daggers, Debauchery, and most recently at San Francisco's own Hypnodrome Theater with the Thrillpeddler's revivals of The Cockettes 'Pearls Over Shanghai' and 'Vice Palace'. With her unique combination of sass, style, and queer camp sensibilities, this dancing, singing, all sparkle all the time Vixen is sure to set your heart on fire and leave your face sore from smiling.

BUNNY PISTOL
If you’ve recently found yourself dazzled by rhinestones, feathers, and skin, then you were probably watching Bunny Pistol. From slow and sensual glove removal to wild gyration, Bunny’s perfect combination of glamour and excitement will have you to the edge of your seat!
Fans flock to Bunny Pistol’s popular monthly show Barbary Coast Burlesque, established and running since 2006 and is currently at the world famous jazz venue Yoshi's, located in San Francisco's historical Fillmore district.
Bunny Pistol has been twirling tassels since 2006 and has continued to captivate audiences all over the US, England, Scotland, and France. She is a natural performer and has been studying dance since the age of 5. She was also a finalist for the Miss Viva Las Vegas Competition in 2008. She has performed in other major shows such as Viva Las Vegas, The Burlesque Hall of Fame, and Tease O' Rama.
