Meanwhile, at the Fillmore in San Francisco, Dita Von Teese is bring her "Burlesque: Strip, Strip, Hooray!" tour to town. There will be two shows, tonight and tomorrow (Tuesday) night at 7:00 p.m., and they are both sold out online. You may still be able to purchase tickets from ticket brokers or from such sites as StubHub, but the prices have escalated from $35.00 to over $100.00 per ticket. A few tickets may be available at the door or via scalpers, but that's a gamble that there will be any legitimate tickets left. It's an 18 and older show.
For those of you who have tickets already, it should be a good show. The sets, props, and wardrobe are expected to be quite impressive, and Von Teese has chosen top notch burlesque performers to be in the show with her. Catherine D'Lish, Dirty Martini, MC Murray Hill, and others will costar in the 90 minute show. In case you're wondering, Dita Von Teese has reportedly been performing four routines for a total of 40 minutes.
