Celebrate Fat Tuesday with Dottie Lux and Séduction Féroce!

This Tuesday, March 8, join Dottie Lux of Red Hots Burlesque as she hosts Séduction Féroce and their Mardi Gras celebration at Era Art Bar and Lounge!

It'll be an evening of merriment and celebration with Dottie and all of the performers including Josie Starre, Bunny Von Tail, Delilah, Ava Lanche, and more!

It all starts with the opening of the doors at 8:00 p.m. Then things really take off (pun not intended, but it sounds good, so it stays) when the show starts at 9:00! Dress up in your Mardi Gras finest to get into the party mood!

Era Art Bar and Lounge is located at 19 Grand Avenue (map), and it's about a three block walk from the 19th Street BART Station. Cover is only $5.00, so you may have some money left over to buy some delicious beverages from the bar.

This month IS FAT TUESDAY and as usual we have a great line-up of performers to tantalize you taste buds. We will have drag, burlesque, a stage kitten that will make you lick your bowl of milk clean and the evening with be hosted by Red Hots Burlesque Producer the lovely Ms. Dottie Lux and the man that'll be keeping the show on flow, DJ Paul Rosas!

This Tuesday evening, there will be a whole lot of shakin' going on at the Séduction Féroce show happening at the Era Art Bar and Lounge in Oakland!

Ruby Vixen of Debauchery will be the guest emcee, and the show will feature Oakland's very own drag king troupe, The Rebel Kings! Also scheduled to perform will be The Stripping Granny! Plus, see the former stage kitten, Midnight Magenta Muse, as she takes the stage to perform! And this time, new stage kitten J'Adore will clean up after her!

Kingfish hosts Séduction Féroce this Tuesday, December 14

Join your old pal Kingfish of the Hubba Hubba Revue as he emcees this month's Séduction Féroce show at Era Art Bar and Lounge in Oakland this Tuesday night!

And what a fantastic show it promises to be! Dottie Lux of Red Hots Burlesque will be one of the performers, as will Kitty Victorian of Washington, D.C. Ophelia Coeur de Noir and Vixen Noir are both burlesque veterans who will entertain you with their finely honed skills.

Plus enjoy the work of performance artist P-Raw, Whore of the Underworld! And you're sure to enjoy Séduction Féroce regular Billie Boudoir. She usually impresses with her violin-playing ability and use of technology to produce some unique music.

There will also be many more performers, with a a nice mix of those who usually don't find themselves in the same show. The full lineup is below.

Séduction Féroce at Oakland's Era Art Bar this Tuesday, October 12

Everybody get ready for more Oakland burlesque! On Tuesday, it's time for Séduction Féroce! Vienna La Rouge, Josie Starre, Kitty Von Quim, Ophelia Coeur de Noir, and that newsmaker Cupcake will be performing Tuesday evening at Era Art Bar in Oakland!

But that's only a partial listing of performers! It's a jam-packed lineup of talent, full of burlesque, belly dancing, drag, music, and comedy. Did I mention comedy? The winner of the 2009 San Francisco Women's Comedy Competition, Janine Brito, will be the emcee!

A little background on Vienna La Rouge. Originally from Seattle, she now calls the South Bay home, and performs at shows in all along the West Coast from San Francisco to Seattle. In 2006, she won the "Most Classic Performer" award at the Miss Exotic World Pageant. She's a seamstress (see her store on Etsy), and she's known for her handmade, elaborate costumes, and acts that evoke bygone eras of romance and elegance. In fact, she's known as a modern-day Lili St. Cyr! In case you were wondering, she named herself after the city of Vienna, Austria, from which she draws inspiration. It's always a treat to see Vienna La Rouge live, as her appearances in the Bay Area are infrequent. So don't miss this opportunity! Plus, there's a plethora of talent in the lineup, so there's hours and hours of burlesque goodness in Oakland on Tuesday night. Be there!
