I've seen that it's once again time for Hubba Hubba Revue's ginormous show!! Yes, indeedy. We're still bringing it to you in what's now coined "The Hottest Happy Hour in the Bay" and this week we have the Diamond Daggers' own Amelia Mae Paradise hosting a bevy of beauties just for you! This week's show also featueres a very special Red Hots Burlesque debut: please welcome sASSy Hotbuns! Be amazed by her and the rest of the RHB cast as they twitch it and twatch it and you get to sit back and watch it! Don't miss RHB regulars Dottie Lux, Honey Le Bang and Lili Le Rouge, cause they'll be shakin' it too! So come THIS week and see what all the fuss is about!

SF Bay Area burlesque for the week of September 15, 2008

Whew! There were a lot of shows last week, but burlesque doesn't take a week off! Uptown Hubba Hubba is back with Burlesqueteer Night, one-time Burlesqueteer Bunny Pistol follows up "Bunny Hut Burlesque" with "Barbary Coast Burlesque", and the Hubbas come back strong with "That Olde Time Religion!"

• Monday, September 15: Uptown Hubba Hubba at the Uptown Club in Oakland. Burlesqueteer Night. Enough said! ;-) Doors at 9pm, show at 10. $5 cover, 21+ w/ID.
• Wednesday, September 17: Barbary Coast Burlesque at Annie's Social Club in San Francisco. Join host Kingfish and Bunny as they honor the "Flight of the Conchords". Oh, baby, it's "Business Time"! Doors at 8pm, show at 9pm. $8, 21+ w/ID.
• Friday, September 19: Red Hots Burlesque at El Rio in SF. Hosted by Amelia Mae Paradise (from the Diamond Daggers), featuring Uni and Her Ukelele, sASSy Hotbuns and more. Show at 7:30pm. $5-10 sliding scale, 21+ w/ID.
• Also Friday, September 19: Hubba Hubba Revue: That Olde Time Religion! Join the the Reverend Kingfish T. Love and Preacher Eddie Dane as they and the chorus of the Diamond Daggers, Harlem Shake, Lady Satan (??), and many others invite all sinners to be saved at this olde timey revival. Doors at 9pm, show at 10. $10-15 (early bird and advance purchase discounts available), 21+ w/ID.
