Phoenix burlesque performers star at the Hubba Hubba Revue show in Oakland tonight

This evening at the Uptown Club in Oakland, Mercy Beaucoup and Kara La Fleur of Phoenix will be performing at the Hubba Hubba Revue show!

They'll be joined by local performers such as Kitty Von Quim, Pickles Kintaro, Trixie Fou Laurant, comedienne and acrobat Olivia Lehrman, and special guest star hula hooop striptease artist Szandora Lavey!

The Uptown Nightclub is located at 1928 Telegraph Avenue in Oakland (map). The doors open at 9:00 p.m., and the show gets started at 10:15. Special guests at the Uptown's Hubba Hubba Revue show on Monday, March 7

This Monday night at the Uptown Club in Oakland, join the Hubba Hubba Revue as they welcome in a show full of special guests!

Dicky Luv and Fella Fem will be performing their special brand of gender-bending boylesque! They've got a big show coming up on Saturday, the "Drag King, Rat Pack tribute" at the White Horse Inn in Oakland, so perhaps they'll give the audience a preview. For details of their show, please see the SFBR calendar above.

Also performing will be the Bay Area's Scarlet Ladders. This duo performs on elevated stages (ladders), which gives the audience a unique viewpoint from which to observe the Ladders' performance.

From Phoenix, Mercy Beaucoup will show us how they perform burlesque in the Valley of the Sun. It must be hot! Plus see Isabella Minx, belly dancer Rasa Vitalia, Bunny VonTail, Aletha L. Weapon, Laika Fox, and belly dancer Lisa Hyde!

It's the most fun you can have on a Monday night in the Bay Area. And the cover is still just $5.00!

The show will start at 10:15 p.m., but the doors open at 9:00, so come in early and have some delicious beverages from the bar and just hang out. The Uptown Club is located at 1928 Telegraph Avenue in Oakland (map), which is very close to the 19th Street BART station and lots of street parking.
