Burlesqueteer Prom comes to Oakland's Uptown Club tonight

Bombshelly Betty is bringing the Burlesqueteer Prom to the Uptown Club in Oakland this Monday, June 18!

Yes, it's time for the latest class of burlesque starlets to graduate. See them celebrate at prom to the musical accompaniment of Fromagique! Plus enjoy the performances of past graduates of Bombshell Betty's Burlesquecise classes. And the show will also be a benefit for the Everyday Bombshell Scholarship Fund! Hooray!

The Uptown Club is located at 1928 Telegraph Avenue in Oakland (map). The doors open at 9:00 p.m., and the show starts about an hour later. Entry to this prom is only $5.00, but it's only for those 21 and older.

Bombshell Betty and her Burlesqueteers in SF, Séduction Féroce in Oakland tonight

There's a burlesque show this evening whether you're in San Francisco or in Oakland!

In San Francisco, Bombshell Betty is having a benefit show for her Everyday Bombshell™ Scholarship Fund. The show will be at the Elbo Room, and it will feature Betty's Burlesqueteers, as well as some of the current Burlesquercise® students. Hear the jazz band Fromagique accompany the dancers, too!

The Elbo Room is located at 647 Valencia Street in San Francisco (map). The doors open at 9:00 p.m., and the show starts at 9:30 (10:00 if you believe the flier, but get there by 9:30 to be safe). It's $10.00 for general admission, and $35.00 for a table for two (includes admission for two).

Over in Oakland, Séduction Féroce will be having their monthly show at the Era Art Bar and Lounge tonight.

The show will feature some of the Bay Area's most talented performers, including Dorian Faust, Francine Dead, Laika Fox, Patricia Misery, and more! With magic by Hernan Cortez!

The Era Art Bar and Lounge is located at 19 Grand Avenue in Oakland (map). The doors open at 8:00 p.m., and the show starts at 9:00. Cover is still only $5.00!

Séduction Féroce is a burlesque cabaret variety show that happens EVERY second Tuesday of the month! Doors open at 8pm and show starts at 9pm. This month we have an amazing line-up of performers to tantalize you taste buds. Charlatina Heart, a stage kitten that will make you lick your bowl of milk clean, and the dj who keeps the show on the flow DJ gravedigger!!!
